WHY EXHIBIT?

This year is a little different. ISA’s 2025 conference will be held in New Zealand. This means that the Southern Chapter’s show is one of a few large shows that will be available for ISA members who will not travel internationally.

Also, for many of the attendees from the Southern Chapter states* this is the only annual conference that they attend each year. The trade show attendee likes to learn about new products and new companies, plus connect with connect with companies they have done business in the past.

The ISA Southern Chapter Annual Conference attracts approximately 500 attendees each year with over 50 companies exhibiting.

We want more of your prospective customers and Key Decision-Makers (KDMs) to attend the show.  But we need your help to identify who they are.   We can provide the incentive to get them there if you invite your KDMs to attend.  The Incentive:  For every 100 square feet of booth space booked, you will receive up to 5 complimentary, one-day trade show passes and 2 complimentary full-conference badges.

MACHINERY MEET & GREET

Wednesday, April 9 · 9:30 – 11:30 am Outdoor Location:  To be determined (Memphis, TN)

Give participants the opportunity to have hands-on access to the machinery used in the field.  Gives you the opportunity to demonstrate your machinery beyond what can be done on the trade show floor.

Cost to Participate: Included in your booth rental fee.

Since the trade show is in the middle of the week (April 9-11), it works out great to host this event before the machinery is moved onto the show floor. 

The Meet & Greet will only be open to exhibitors who plan on displaying machinery or equipment at the trade show. 

We will be promoting this event with local arborists and the Urban Forestry Councils from Tennessee and Mississippi.  Conference attendees are invited.  And you can invite potential customers to attend.
